Dom was really great and helpful during my whole process of closing my house. One of the greatest thing I appreciate form Dom, is his communication. Dominik helped me sell my old house with high price (more than expected price) and ALSO helped buy a brand new house built in 2022. All of this cannot be possibly happened without him. He is a rare realestate agent that you can find because he loves this real-estate job. I have met and work with many real-estate agents before him but most of them don't have what Dominik has. Dominik knows everything location, price, consultant, negotiator, home inspection, mortgage company, builder, etc. He is a complete package. I worked with the mortgage company that he recommended me and i have the best interest rate. I got New construction home 2022 because of him. His service is night and day 7 days a week!!! He never get bored of my late evening text. He loves his job as real estate. He is a rare real estate agent. If you found him, you are in luck. You will not get a better realtor than Dominik Porobic. You just won't. If we could give him more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. From our initial engagement through to post-closing Q&A, he has done a superb job in every respect. He is detail oriented, a tremendous communicator, knowledgeable about much more than the ins & outs of buying and selling a home, and he is an all-around great guy. My husband and I are both in the service industry - our expectations about delivery of service are quite high. Dominik far exceeded what we even hoped we could find in a realtor. We ran him around quite a bit and he had to work with the intricacies of a purchase on an island. The process can be very challenging and is not for the faint of heart - nothing fazed Dominik. He did it all (and more) with a smile and always with a helping hand. We absolutely could not have done our purchase without his flexibility and sense of adventure.

This is the guy you want on your side. The housing market is a competitive mess right now, and Dominik made it feel easy for a first time home buyer.

He leaves no stone unturned, and goes way above and beyond to make you happy and get you into a good home. He is very much in this for the long haul, and won't just steer you towards a purchase for the sake of making a sale.

Hes well educated and super knowledgeable on building quality, location, value, and financial aspects of this game. I knew nothing about what I was doing, and if it wasn't for Dominik I truly don't think I would have made out so great!

Dominik went out of his way to check out houses for me when I couldn't even make it myself. He also accompanied me every single time i went somewhere and taught me what to look for and always gave me his honest opinion on properties when we were done. He never once made any process difficult, and he never twisted my arm to make a purchase.

Dominik digs deep into the history of homes to make sure everything looks good and nothing out of the ordinary. He's constantly following up with suggestions of places to look at, or info about a place you're interested in. This man answered his phone every single time I called him, even after hours. Always patient with me and walking me through any minor question I had.

Dominik also referred me to a great inspector (who praised his ability to find and bring him impeccable quality homes), an affordable home insurance, and the best lender I could find! Every suggestion this man gave me was pure gold and I learned to rely heavily on his opinions amd recommendations throughout the process. I really trusted this man and whatever direction he led me.

When I finally found a place that stood out, we lost it due to this crazy market. But then the deal fell through for the other buyer, and I told Dominik to do everything he can to get me back in the picture for this home. He made a great offer and talked to me about how I can make my offer stand out. Next thing you know he called to tell me we were under contract! His offer recommendations are literally the reason I got chosen by the seller.

Dominik has a wonderful person to work with him. With his impressive knowledge about multi-family homes, I was able to purchase a multi-units better than what I have ever dreamed of owning. Not only did he help me to find and purchase the house but I did stay in contact with me afterwards to connect me with different contractors who will help me renovate the different parts the house. I am definitely looking forward to work with him anytime in the future.
